Somethings we may get pissed off by other people words. In this case, (one of) the best solution I got is saying “So what?”. I mean, okay, they said that, but what will happen then… Will the sky falls, will the earth crash, will you suddenly become a monkey, will they kill you…

Words are empty and empty things should not affect you.

If this is a method, then each part of the method should deal with making the mind into specific state required for successful completion of a goal (what a sentence?).

For example, the method should deal with how to help focusing the mind, how to rest the mind, etc.

Balance between vertical-horizontal

Some people think vertically, “I will make something perfect, all usable,
that will charm people”. But what happens is that they do not have enough
time to finish the job, they use too much effort, and they suffer.

Some people think too horizontally, doing many products but without
thinking about quality. Well, they may be known as productive guys, but still
people will stay away from them because they are also known as making bad stuffs.

So the best way is to balance between vertical and horizontal view.
Making each job just as tall as needed, but also trying to make more jobs.
